The A8-Pro runs on 8 PU wheels, which creates an extremely smooth and quiet ride, improved handling of cross loading forces, and reduced maintenance.
The A8-Pro includes our patent-pending Rapid Change Spring Bar, which allows swift and hassle-free spring bar adjustments. With a focus on efficiency, you can change the carriage position without removing any springs. Additionally, we have introduced a new and improved rope adjustment system that enables precise adjustments. With this conveniently located near the headrest, you can effortlessly fine-tune the rope lengths to achieve optimal positioning for you or your clients. We understand the importance of seamless and accurate adjustments, particularly in a Studio setting where time and precision are paramount.
Our A8-Pro offers refined performance, extensive adjustability but importantly it offers a luxurious oversize carriage and the longest travel of any standard Pilates Reformer on the market. Simply, this Reformer has been designed for those seeking a spacious carriage bed either for yourself, or for a breadth of clients in a Studio setting.
Now in it’s fourth generation, the A8-Pro is the result of over eight years of development. The A8-Pro can be built with a choice of 3 interchangeable leg heights: Standard (17″ | 42cm), Low Leg (11″ | 28cm), or Rehab Legs (25″ | 64cm), making the A8-Pro a truly future proof and versatile investment. The A8-Pro has been designed for studio, rehab, and private use with the innovative design offering a host of easy adjustments to provide complete flexibility. The A8-Pro uses all the same accessories as the previous A2 models so that the A2 and A8-Pro can easily coexist in the same studio, sharing Jump Boards, Mattress Converters, and Platform Extenders.
This version of the A8-Pro reformer comes with a Half Cadillac Frame which includes the A8-Pro Pilates Reformer With Standard Legs, Half Cadillac Frame & Brackets, Mattress Converter, Platform Extender, as well as reformer accessories: Sitting Box and 60″ Maple Gondola Pole – all you need for a complete Pilates Reformer & Half Cadillac combo. Delivery & Product Inspection

✔ Reporting Issues: Any concerns, damages, or issues must be reported within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
✔ Faulty or Damaged Products: Products that are faulty or damaged (not due to misuse) are eligible for returns.
✔ Change of Mind: Due to the size and nature of Pilates equipment, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
✔ Unused & Original Packaging: If the product remains unused and in its original packaging, returns are allowed at the customer’s expense within 7 days of receipt.
✔ Return Request Deadline: You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Faulty or Damaged Orders
✔ Report Issues: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, provide images and details within 3 working days.
✔ Resolution Process:
- We will inspect the issue at our head office and determine the best resolution.
- In most cases, we will ship necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.
- If replacement parts cannot resolve the issue, we will provide instructions for an appropriate resolution.
Return & Refund Process
✔ Inspection & Approval: Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
✔ Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 working days.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
✔ Original Owner Coverage: Warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase.
✔ Usage Limit: Covers light commercial use up to 27.5 hours per week.
✔ Covered Repairs: Align-Pilates will repair or replace defective mechanical parts due to material or workmanship issues.
✔ Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, scratches, or upholstery damage.
✔ Return Requirement: Some warranty claims may require product inspection before replacement is issued.
✔ Shipping Costs: Warranty does not cover shipping, customs clearance, or installation fees for replacement parts.
✔ Warranty Voided If:
- Springs are not replaced as specified.
- Equipment is used outside of recognized Pilates exercises.
- Maintenance, safety, and usage instructions are not followed.

✔ Ropes, Straps, Handles, Clips, Fuzzies, Wheels, Foot Straps, Rotational Disks & Powder Coating – 1 year
✔ Springs – 2 years or 3,000 hours (Replace after 3,000 hours or earlier if damaged.)
✔ Upholstery – 90 days (Covers normal wear; excludes cuts, burns, stains, or misuse.)
Warranty Return Procedure
✔ Pre-Approval Required: Contact Align-Pilates or an authorized distributor for a return authorization number before sending any items.
✔ Customer Responsibility:
- Covers return shipping costs for warranty claims.
- Liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
- If Align-Pilates declines the warranty claim, the customer is responsible for return freight.
✔ Unauthorized Returns: Items without a pre-approved authorization number will not be accepted.
Limitations of Liability
✔ No Other Warranties: Align-Pilates provides this exclusive warranty, replacing all other warranties (express or implied).
✔ No Liability for Damages: Align-Pilates and its distributors are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
