At AnytimeCore.com, we are committed to offering industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships at no cost (exceptions apply for custom orders; see below).

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Contact us during business hours at (424) 380-6243, via chat (bottom right), or by emailing support@anytimecore.com at any time.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are produced specifically for your order. These items are built according to your specifications and enter production immediately upon ordering. Your warranty ensures a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing.

All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

If you need to exchange a product, you may do so. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Not all shipped orders are eligible for return. Since we source our products directly from manufacturers, returns are subject to their policies. If a manufacturer does not accept returns, we cannot offer one. Please contact us for product- and brand-specific return details.

Due to rising freight shipping costs, outright returns will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If you choose to exchange your product, we may be able to assist with shipping costs, depending on the item.

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. However, brand-specific return policies take precedence over this general policy. Please review the product page for details.

Shipping Times

We strive to fulfill and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times on product pages are based on supplier and freight carrier information but are subject to change without notice due to supply chain issues. Delays may occur due to material shortages, manufacturing backlogs, shipping congestion, and other unforeseen factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important Acknowledgments

By purchasing from AnytimeCore, you acknowledge the following:

  • You will inspect your package upon delivery, noting and photographing any damage, and report it within 24 hours.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs for exchanges.

  • Products must be returned unopened and unused; additional restocking fees may apply.

  • If your order has left the warehouse, a full refund is no longer possible.

  • If you return an order after it has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees (typically 20%).

  • Shipping estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond AnytimeCore’s control.

  • You will not cancel an order or file a chargeback due to order delays caused by supply chain issues or logistics.

Damages

Inspect all items upon arrival. If you notice damage, document it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, send photos of the damage, packaging, and SKU, along with a brief description, to support@anytimecore.com within 24 hours. Claims for freight damage must include photos or videos taken within 24 hours of delivery to be valid.

Warranty

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. See individual product pages for details. Warranty claims cover product defects that occur over time; damages upon arrival must be reported within 30 days and do not qualify as warranty claims.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and reconsignment fees due to customer errors. Nearly all our products are backed by manufacturer warranties, ensuring you receive a fully functional product. See individual product pages for specific warranty details.

BOGO Promotions

For "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for its value at the time of purchase. If your order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Chargebacks

We are dedicated to resolving any issues you may encounter. Our policies are designed to be fair and among the best in the industry. If you experience a problem, please contact our support team for assistance before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and prosecuted accordingly.
