I'm still building my rig but this was well packaged and is commercial grade. Worth every single penny. I reached out to customer service and they are immediately responsive and ready to keep the customer happy! If you're debating this purchase...DO IT! I'm sure if I have concerns this brand will take care of me.

It has everything I need and comparing to similar ones which I found during my investigation, it has by far an excellent quality and functionality which is amazing. Also it worth to mention that the seller is very responsive and helpful. Absolutely must try product.

This thing is AMAZING, and I'm so happy with my purchase! This unit is professional lifter level gym equipment. I was missing 2 screws when it arrived, but Ali came thru and got them to me in a couple of days. Some of the instructions were a bit hard to understand (just pictures) but I was able to assemble it by myself over a 2 day period. If you're on the fence, don't be! I HIGHLY recommend the Hercules EX home gym.

We have been restoring an Historic home for a year and a half, so I have had that much time to research the best multi-purpose gym to purchase for my home gym. I had a lot of questions as I am very familiar with the many shortcomings and compromises of a home multi-purpose gyms such as Marcy and Weider, etc. I called and the owner answered. He was very patient and answered my many questions and that, in a sense, was very "concerning" in that owners just don't do that nowadays. Well, I pulled the trigger and purchased the "MiM USA Hercules Trainer Commercial Smith Machine Functional Trainer All in One Gym" along with some other Equipment from MIM USA, received and assembled it. I received many boxes, 23 in all, and thought about the many parts I must be missing and how I was going to deal/wrestle with the company about fulfilling the missing parts. I assembled the gym and was missing One, get this, one part (a sleeve for the weight tree). I called the owner and he was at the airport going out of town for a couple of weeks, but said he would call the warehouse and they would overnight the part to me. The next day I received the part and the gym was complete. The pulley systems are smooth and awesome and better, honestly better, than membership fitness centers equipment. Everything about the gym has been well thought out and engineered well. This is truly a very solid state commercial gauge metal multi-purpose gym without compromises. I competed in bodybuilding on a national level and was the Hawaii state 275 pound class, power lifting champ and record holder. Weight lifting has been a big part of my life for over 50 years, so I am very picky about the weight lifting equipment I buy. In a world of over promise and under deliver, MIM USA Promised and Delivered. This gym can be used by fitness enthusiasts, elderly, serious bodybuilders or power lifters at all levels of fitness or competition. This has been one of the best purchases that I have made in the last 40 years and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Ali and all at MIM USA for your product, service and follow through! Thank you!
